If you register with Lennar Homes for a new construction home, be sure to bring us with and list us as your REALTOR on the registration form on your first visit to the builder. Note: Currently, this HOA Incentive excludes Pulte new construction.
  3. Transparency in Transactions – A Fair Deal: We provide the HOA fee credit if the seller’s commissions to our broker are $10,000 or more.
  4. Understanding the HOA Fees – What’s Included: We cover your regular monthly recurring Community HOA fees for 6 months, up to a maximum of $3,000. Covered fees do not include one-time fees, CDD, special assessments, Food and Beverage, and other specific charges.
  5. Seamless Process – Ease of Transaction: Should any challenges arise with direct HOA payments; we’ll ensure you as the buyer receives the credit at closing (see 11. Important Note below).
